I’m a Product enthusiast with a UX Design and Customer Experience background in a dynamic fast-growth startup environment. During my pursuit of a university degree, I embarked on a transformative journey with Pipefy, a leading SaaS company, and played an integral role in its extraordinary growth, spanning across successful series A, B, and C funding rounds. Throughout my professional journey, I have gained a diverse range of experiences across multiple domains, encompassing business, sales, customer success, project management, and product management. While starting my career in product management, I also pursued my post-graduation in UX Design at Humber College, in Toronto. My approach is deeply rooted in Agile methodologies, which I’ve used to drive successful project outcomes while leading cross-functional teams consistently.
